Become a Social Business

With newspaper circulation fell, television commercials, and easily defeated the number one social media activities on the Web, of course, the brand is following the crowd to go “social” and connect millions of people online.

They setup a Twitter account and Facebook page. They get on Google + dip their feet and even LinkedIn. Some have started blogs and Flickr and Vimeo accounts created to share pictures and videos.

In essence, the market has become a conversation. If you want to be social you have to start listening to your customers, take in a global conversation and build relationships. If you do, you build trust and transparency. And trusted brand in the digital age will be much more honest than those who are not social.

Because in this world, socially connected real-time and mobile-enabled, is not it better to be human and real than trying to bomb the marketing messages that are not relevant as before? Would not it be smarter to personally and understand that people want to feel connected with people is not a logo?
